Cross Country and Dance Starts Today

It's official.  Cross Country and our outside Dance class starts today. In the midst of the craziness of the world, the kids get to go back to after school clubs. Thank you to Jen Odom and Mark NIno for spearheading CYO, and Lindsay Jabara for organizing Dance.

As with sports and Covid and all of the procedures, of course, we need to make sure the handoff to the field and courtyard is smooth and safe.

For CYO Cross Country:

If you pick up your student/s after school:  Please get your child and walk them back to the field to check in.  If your child needs to change clothing (Middle school), we will be monitoring the restrooms for safe usage and control of how many people are in the facilities.

If your student/s is in Educare: Our Educare team will come gather the kids as per usual and get them to their practice.  After practice, they will come collect them and bring them back to the facility.

At the end of practice, please park in the front lots and collect your students on the field, or get them from Educare during your normal pickup.

For Dance:

Mrs. Jabara will gather the students to go to the courtyard and then when class is over after 4, we will sign the students out through the front office.  The students who go to Educare will be escorted back to the convent.  Please park in the front lots to pick up or pick up in Educare as per normal pickup.
