Altar Serving Signups!

If your child is interested in the Altar Server ministry at St. Charles Borromeo Parish and is in fourth grade or higher, you are encouraged to complete the form in the link below.

Please complete separate forms for each child you are indicating interest for.

Once the form is received you will be contacted about upcoming training opportunities. Once your child is fully trained, you will be given access to our monthly sign-up sheet to indicate which Masses your child would like to serve.

*Our next training session will be in the afternoon during the first week of June.
