My name is Ceilidh (kaylee) Adams (coworkers often call me by my last name solely—that’s fine with me— to the kids I am Ms Adams or Ms A). I am currently working in a charter school while finishing my Masters in Education at Boston College.
I have been a teacher since 2017 in many different capacities, from teaching assistant to homeroom teacher, from grades 6-11. My favorite thing about teaching are my students, who teach me a different perspective on life every day and help me learn new things about the world.
I love: traveling (I’ve been to 6 countries, 17 states and counting), dogs, and a good book.
My faith is driven by Jesuit values. I am inspired by people like Mary Oliver and Father Greg Boyle and I also was a Jesuit Volunteer in Nashville for a year in 2018 where I worked at a homeless shelter.
