Why St. Charles: St. Charles is a welcoming, loving and supportive community. I feel blessed to be working here with my amazing teachers, staff, parents and administration who inspire me every day. The best part of my job is working with the kids! I love seeing them challenge themselves by learning a second language while having fun.

Outside the Classroom: Spending time with my family is the greatest joy of my life. My husband is also an educator, so we talk a lot about education and supporting our children's education. We have two kids in college and one in high school. I enjoy reading, gardening, watching sports and movies, and cooking. When I can, I travel to see friends and family in Michigan and California. I wish there were more hours in the day to do all the things I like to do!
